Interwoven Factors that Influence EFL Learning at Tertiary Level in the Saudi Context: A Case Study

It is undoubtedly true that some factors influence students' learning of the English language. This research examines Saudi learning, studying in second language acquisition (ENG 466) course, at and Translation Department, Qasim University qualitative study included 13 EFL learners using an open-ended three feedback questions to collect data explored linguistics, social, psychological their L2 learning. Using content analysis procedures, found: students considered they were average- or weak (L2) learners, more than half believed proficient learners. Additionally, results showed all (linguistic, psychological) significant either encouraging discouraging progression L2, for instance, a teacher may be source inspiration discouragement. The response also revealed having companion practise who interested subjects you are with, among key elements define successful advises teachers exercise caution address various present paper's conclusion few comments, instructional implications, suggestions.
